Behold! The ampitheatre at Epidaurus.

Part of my Then & Now series that compares photos my grandfather took in the 60s against those that I’ve taken in more recent years –

While sorting through his Slides and working on getting some of them cleaned up I stumbled upon this great photo he took at the amphitheater at Epidaurs. As it so happens I had also visited there last year while touring around Greece with a friend.

One thing I noticed was that nothing had really changed at this ancient site in the last 60 years or so. Our angles and colours are slightly different but otherwise the only main difference I spotted was that the trees at the top have grown some in those years.
